Yes — a free account takes a minute. It holds your domains, the owner details the registry needs, your transfer codes and your hosting. Create it in one click with Google, or with your email and a password.

Registration starts right after payment. Most finish within minutes; some registries take longer. We email you when it is done, and refund you in full if it cannot be completed.

Our renewal price is the same as the registration price in our price list. If a registry raises its own fee, the new price applies to everyone, is announced on the price list beforehand and is shown before you pay.

Only if you want. Turn on auto-renew on the domain page and we renew the domain for one year with your saved card about 30 days before it expires, at the price on our price list — we email you a week before, and you can turn it off any time. Without auto-renew we email you about 30 and 7 days before the expiry date, and once after it.

It stops working, and the registrar deletes it. For a period, usually about 30 days, only you can get it back, for the restore fee (for .com $88.99) plus one year of renewal; after that anyone can register it. Renew in time — the fees are on the price list.

By card or from a US bank account (ACH) on Stripe's secure checkout, or with PayPal, Venmo, Bitcoin or USDC; Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on supported devices. Card, PayPal, Venmo and USDC payments are confirmed within minutes, Bitcoin in about 10–60 minutes; a bank payment takes about four business days to clear, and we register the domain then. The charge is from Metoda LLC; on a card statement it shows as METODA.RS* METODAI.COM. Your card and bank details never reach our servers.

If a paid registration cannot be completed, we refund the full amount to your card, bank account or PayPal account. Once a domain is registered or renewed, the payment is final, because the registry fee cannot be returned.

Yes. New domains start on our nameservers, and you can switch to any nameservers from your account.

Yes — free shared hosting. Every domain registered with us can have it while it stays with us and uses our nameservers: your own folder, FTP, PHP, a PostgreSQL database and a free SSL certificate. Turn it on from the domain page after registration. It is meant for personal and small business websites; see the Terms of Service.

Yes, up to 10 years for most extensions (up to 5 for .co, .si and .ba). The total is shown before you pay.

Yes. Open the domain in your account and click Get transfer code — you get the code (EPP / auth code) on the spot. For .rs domains, the registry emails the code to the domain's administrative contact. Transfers from other registrars to us are not offered yet.

Not for generic extensions — WHOIS privacy is included free. For .com, .net, .org, .app, .dev, .xyz and our other generic extensions, your name, street address, phone and email are not published in public WHOIS/RDAP; at most the country (and the organization, if you enter one) is shown. Country-code extensions (.io, .co, .me, .rs, .si, .ba) follow the rules of their own registry.

Yes, from start to finish. Assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT search, sign you in with a code we email you, set the owner details and order through our API and MCP server. They pay with a card you saved for AI payments, never above the monthly limit you choose — or you pay on Stripe's page.

Metoda LLC is a reseller. Generic domains such as .com, .net and .org are registered through Realtime Register B.V., an ICANN-accredited registrar (IANA ID 839); country-code domains such as .rs through a registrar accredited by their registry.
